100% Gamay

Pale ruby colour

Defined aromas of medium(+) intensity
Fresh red fruit (strawberry, raspberry, cherry), fresh black fruit (blackberry), flowers (rose, peony), spice (black pepper) and oak (smoke)

Dry, high acidity, medium ripe tannins, medium alcohol, medium(+) body and long finish
Flavours of medium(+) intensity with strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, peony, black pepper and smoke

Very good wine: fruity, plump & vivid
To serve at 14-16°C
To drink now or save until 2023

Fun fact: in 2016, 2 French released the movie «Saint-Amour» in which you can find Gérard Depardieu.His character takes his son on the wine road in desperate search for love. A crazy movie to watch with a glass of Saint-Amour in hand!

Fruits rouges frais (fraise, framboise, cerise), fruits noirs frais (mûre), fleurs (rose, pivoine), épices (poivre noir) et bois (fumée)

Sec, acidité élevée, tanins moyens & mûrs, alcool moyen, corps moyen(+), fin de bouche longue
Saveurs d’intensité moyenne(+) : fraise, framboise, mûre, pivoine, poivre noir et fumée

Très bon vin : fruité, charnu & vif
